suckerfish menu and drupal 7

hi guys

looking at the menus at http://www.eureko.ro/ is what i was after for my site but i cant seem to find out how to do this
using the sky theme thats included how can this be done with drupal 7 i've read the install txt but cant see suckerfish anywhere in the menu settings ?
