I am hoping explaining my experience across multiple browsers and platforms will be helpful in getting this module truly cross-platform compatible.

Setup: MediaFront 6.x-1.3, Windows 7 Android and iPod2

Player presets: Theme: dark-hive; template: default; flash player skin: default
Auto repeat, auto start and auto load all checked (enabled).

Browsers (all in Win. 7)
Safari: Video never loads, loading icon endlessly loops. Can not ever get video to play.
Internet Explorer 8: Works as expected
Google Chrome 14: Works as expected
Firefox 7: Works as exptected

iPad (iOS 4): autoplay is not supported on iOS. Loading icon endlessly loops. Clicking on large play button overlay does nothing. Clicking on small play button on control bar one time does nothing. Clicking on small play button on control bar for a second time will eventually play the video

Android 2: Works as expected

If others have access to other operating systems (linux, apple etc) that can provide their experiences please add below.

Basic setup

Drupal: 6.22
MediaFront: 6.x-1.3
PHP: 5.2

Browsers
=====================
Chrome 21.0: works as expected
Firefox 15.0: works as expected
Safari 5.0: does not work at all - neither preview image is shown nor does video get loaded; endlessly looping icon. No error messages.

Has anybody ever got MediaFront (6.x-1.3) working with Safari? And if so - how?
