Hi there,

I would like to do something fairly simple (I think) but I can't get it to work. I would like my buttons to appear as here (below the content): http://audio-life.nl/accuphase/dp-900 (this is my site, but I'm experiencing problems with the current plugin which shows the buttons now, so I want to switch to Addthis)

How can I get this configuration with the Addthis module? I tried several things, but the toolbox keeps showing up, etc. I just want these 3 buttons. Thanks!
Remko

First a note: The 7.x-4.x-dev version is not suitable for production servers. I recommend not to use it.

I hope you know how to use git. The functionality for this is not yet in the dev version but it is in the master branch of the git repository.

In the master branch there is the new Basic Toolbox display type that supports the settings to specify what services you want to display. To display what you want in your use case, enter tweet, google_plusone, facebook_like in the input box of the display settings. This should work.

Title: How to just show the original buttons (Twitter, Facebook, +1) without toolbox? » How to just show the original buttons (Twitter, Facebook, +1) without the compact menu?

BTW you are using the toolbox. That is what AddThis calls a row of service buttons. The popup menu is called the compact menu.

I am going to change this to a Documentation task because we need to explain this for the future in the AddThis book.

@remkovdz there is a update to the dev module that allows you to specify what service you want to show on what content type. You can follow the tutorial here to setup the module and then through the manage display you can setup your favored sharing services.

@remkovdz hey there hi how are you, I was too searching for this and found the solution here but can you just let me know how did you removed 'via @addthis' from the tweet button of the twitter?

Thanks in advance!

Take a look here for a solution and documentation reference about this. http://drupal.org/node/1313732 It contains a patch to add and make configurable the via information for twitter.

Btw best pratice for asking a question like this is opening a support issue.
