some minor things, as the report page is read only and most likely project manager browse them instead of developer, i suggest add a new permission specific to this page.

And can those graph use interactive charts: http://code.google.com/intl/zh-TW/apis/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/li...??

There's another issue open for changing the permission used to access the report: #1361804: Use "access site reports" permission for report access.

An issue should only contain one report or request. See Making an issue report. Your second item will have a better chance of being found and addressed if you create a whole issue for it (or rename this one). Cheers!
