UK Area Codes not taken into account

When you add a UK phone number, you need to be able to add an area code also (ie. 01708 or 0151 - etc). When you include the area code in the normal phone number field, the resulting display cuts off the 0 at the beginning - which is correct (ie. +44 207 XXX), however it also cuts off the equivalent numbers on the end so you end up with just half a phone number.
