I get this message when i preview an ad as a user who doesn't has the "create" grant (from the Taxonomy Access Control module) on any taxonomy term of the vocabulary associated with ed_classified node type: 

warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in [...]/ed_classified.module on line 541.

Note that the message appears whereas the "required" option of the vocabulary is set or not.
Granting "create" access to the user on the terms of the vocabulary makes the warning disappear.

I'm not sure how this is caused by ed_classified - it does not try to create taxonomy terms during ad preview.

Can you please try the latest ed_classified and taxonomy access modules and confirm that this is still a problem.
