After installing the content access module I notice that it's not possible to make the profiles of the profile2 module content access aware.

Could this be realized?

Content access only deals with content nodes, i.e. node entities. Profiles are profile entities. Thus this is out of scope for this module.

it would be nice if it is extended to profile entities as well could you pl consider extending content access to profile entities?

if some one wants there is a copy of content access as profile2 access it basically replacing the "content" and "node" and "node_type" names and it is working up to some extent Profile2 access
