I have spent probably over 5 hours on this but cannot find a solution. I installed Drupal and localized it with Turkish language files. I then uploaded my own logo on Garland theme. Everything went fine. Logo shows up. Then I go to the modules section, enable a few modules such as keyword Search. I go to themes section again, try to enable Search for Garland theme, click "Save" and now its back to the original logo and things such as Site Mission are selected on Garland theme configuration. I try to disable it with no luck! I also cannot change the logo... I uncheck "Use theme's logo..." box and select my own logo but when I hit "Save", the box comes back checked again... :(

On my site, I can't change the Default theme to anything other than Garland now, and I can't change my Site Name in the Site Information section of Settings. Are you able to do this on yours? We may be on to something.
Anything suspect in watchdog or your error_logs?
