Hi,

This seems to get randomly asked but not yet successfully fulfilled (unless i just cannot find it yet?), but I would like to add extra fields to the site wide contact form or if that is not easily done then create a new contact form with the extra fields.

It seems like such a common thing that people would need... ?

Appreciate any tips!

Use webform module its far superior (http://www.drupal.org/project/webform)
