basically i couldn't find a way to push the tabset down from being the first of my vertical tabs so i edited line #167 from '-2' to '10' so it shows up where i want it towards the middle.

unless there's a better way that i'm totally missing out on, i can create a patch to be able to set the weight of the tabset under the checkbox for bundling the fields in a vertical tab in the module settings page.
