<strong> and <em> request

I would like to see support for <strong> and <em> tags in this module. Would that be possible?

By the way: Wouldn't it be a good idea if people could set the tags they would like to use? I wouldn't like my users to use coloured messages, so in that way I could disable the color-tag. On the other hand I'd like to adda tag with which people could easily link to the articles on my website, just like the [[name_of_article]] used by Wikipedia.
