Hi,
Is there any development going on for the upgrade of this module for Drupal 5.1?
I know there is a HEAD version, but I must admit I don´t know to what version it corresponds to.
Thanks much and sorry for my poor knowledge of software development.

This module looks dead.
I think using the AD module would do.

Do you mean the Advertisement module? Not sure how you replicate the functionality of the containers?

Well, if you read the details:
"It supports the random display and tracking of graphical (banner) and text ads. Ads can easily be displayed in themes, blocks, or embedded in site content."

This should be more than enough. Drop the rest of the features. :)

At least, this is enough for me to display random text in blocks.

Actually, the module Quote works fine for the purpose of Daily module that is presumably dead.

it looks like I misspelled the Module name:

There exist the QUOTE and QUOTES modules.

I was talking about the QUOTES module in fact.

For better or worse, the Daily module is now available both for Drupal 5 and Drupal 6.
