Hello, I would like to have the blue bar (where the secondary menu would be displayed) to be shown even if there are no links to be displayed. I thought initially the theme was like this but the bar no longer shows unless links are present. For example, if I set the user menu to be displayed in the secondary menu area, the blue bar will be there with the links. Else, the bottom of the banner will meet the white area of the content.
