Hello, thanks for the heads up. Cluster.js will be resolved soon.

To the other maintainers: Cluster.js is not actually used in the 2.x version as of yet! I will remove it tonight when I have time to login and do it.

To dokumori & the Greenman: please check the other geomap.js file ASAP! You have a copyright in there as well and that could create more issues.

@jjchinquist: I assume you are referring to the file 'jquery.googlemaps.js'. In the file it says 'Licensed like jQuery' and jQuery can be used under GPL v2 so there are no issues there.

Re copyright, the author(s) can retain the copyright while releasing the code under GPL so there are no issues there either (see http://drupal.org/licensing/faq#q3 ).

FYI I'm not a maintainer of this module afaiu :)

ah, and also the status should be changed. (I reviewed the patch quickly and confirmed cluster.js would be removed)
