Timeout on large exports

I've got a couple thousand CCK items with fields containing multiple values. I don't know if this module is doing a straight join or what, but php times out before it gets done. I've tried cranking up the timeout period, but there's a limit how far I'm willing to go with that. The script needs to flush the buffer now and then.
