Foreign language module titles on sidebars disappear. I guess is that Barlow is making all the titles in lower case to make look nice but it does not work with Foreign language (more specifically Korean).

Where can I disable the lowercasing of titles?

Fixed!

I just open the module configuration page and just save again without modification and the title displays correctly.
