The AJAX blocks project is a fork of this one here that already has a 7.x version available. This module here might be tagged as "Actively maintained" & "Under active development", but...

I guess these are reasons enough to consider this an abandoned project. If any of the maintainers ever bothers, they should at the very least update the project's page to:

  • change its status to unmaintained/abandoned
  • point to alternatives

Yeah, this module got a little hijacked, so I stopped really maintaing this project; for that I apologize. I added a note to the module page for ya. :-)
