Integration with Auto Tagging

I'm just thinking about the metatags (quick) migration i was contemplating & realized it would be better to integrate this with taxonomy and possibly with something like the autotagging module. Ultimately, I don't have that complicated a site, but getting some help to pull metatags out of the content would be useful.

Someone must have tried this in Nodewords, but I couldn't find it.
