Is there are method to deal with text that flows from right to left like Hebrew and Arabic?

I guess so, it uses the Google Translate function which supports Arabic and Hebrew. See: http://translate.google.com/translate_tools

Do you have any issues with it, that it's not working as you expect it to?

The translation is OK but the text needs to be right to left not left to right like English.

I don't think so but I'm not sure. This module just implements the script from this site: http://translateth.is/
If it works there, it should work with this module too. If it works there and not with this module, please re-open.
