Been searching with no luck, so thought I'd ask.

Is there some way I can wrap Primary Links with some (any) form of security? I'm reviewing using these are the primary method of flipping through certain sections, but only want the options to appear if they have access to it. Two simple examples .. first is Admin is only available to two groups (moderators and supervisors), second is Recent Posts available to authorised members.

Your admin links won't be visible to people who don't have the right authority anyway.

Links only show for relevant user roles. If you don't allow Role A members to create blogs, then blogs won't appear under the Create Content link.

Create a new user and then log in as him...you won't see the admin.

Well, I created one called Admin .. link to /admin .. and you can see it when not logged in .. of course, clicking on it gets a "You don't have permissions" page.

I think if you create a new link, you may have that problem. You just need to use the menu settings in admin to move the one that already exists...that link, non-admins certainly don't see when they log in.
