How dod you install this module on wamp local host.

Where should the Path to the "convert" binary * go on a localhost.

Hi!

You should be able to install the ImageMagick binary wherever you like, and then set the full path to the binary in your Drupal install's Image toolkit settings at admin/config/media/image-toolkit

I don't have a Windows machine in front of me, so I'm afraid I haven't installed any of the Windows packages to see where they go by default, but I'd guess it's something like "C:\Program Files\ImageMagick\convert.exe"
