Undefined index: 1 in contact_form_blocks_content() line 73

I had created 2 contact categories prior to discovering the contact form blocks module. I installed the module and realized that 2 blocks were created, 1 for each category. I decided to generalize the contact form and deleted one of the contact categories. After doing this, the following error occurs. I tried disabling and re-enabling the blocks modules, running cron, clearing cache without effect.
