1. I want to select what users can send - body or teasers, by content type.

2. Also I do not want to see "tell a friend" link in node teasers. Only in full node's.

3. Before "tell a friend" I want a small image (a mail icon). How can I insert that image?

You can select whether users can send the full node or teaser for each content type. Go to Administer >> Content management >> Content Types, and click on "edit" for the content type you want to set. The send setting should be near the bottom of the content type editing page.

Hiding the "tell a friend" link in the teasers should be possible with CSS, same for adding the mail icon.
