This module seems a little abandoned, no reply for months. Greg, you could setup a sandbox to test your code.

This has been around for quite a while...
I am currently very busy, so my sandbox-project is a little "abandoned" too.

I will continue developing it though.

Still looking for maintainers that actually try to maintain.

Sorry for the delayed response. I just updated the module to a version I've used on a few sites and included a Feature showing how it works since the configuration is still a little odd. Versions of this module have already been deployed publicly at http://code.pearson.com/learning-studio/graphical-api and for authenticated users at http://my.realtor.org/, so I plan to support it more actively now.

I really tried to simplify the version @funkym started as well as adding support for separating the filter into a block that can be placed anywhere.
