according to d7 notes which i read somewhere on drupal it says that jquery_ui has been included into the core of the d7 so why am i getting the d7 version for jquery_ui in the cvs

please somebody help me out

jQuery UI is included in Drupal 7 core.

The reason why you get a D7 version of this modules seems to be that there is a vcs version of this module. Just switch brach and you will be fine.
