How to set Number of nodes shown in categories

Following the suggestion to upgrade Drupal to 5.x so i could have Categories with Heirachy. Have come across an issue which is probably , finger trouble on my part but after going round in circles i have not found the solution yet

I have set

Clicking on question opens the answer in a new page

Clicking on category opens the questions/answers in a new page

on viewing the faq - ?q=faq

i get a nice list of categories , currently 14

when i select a category i only get 10 questions displayed, and i know there are more

Where do i set it so that all can be displayed or they can be paged?
