"af" was just added with #1471600: Please add South African flag., so I'm re-purposing this to just be about the Belarus flag icon.

And your "be.png" wasn't 12px high, so I went and generated an icon based on SVG of the flag from Wikipedia. It's been committed to both 7.x-1.x and 6.x-2.x and will thus be included in future releases. Thanks!
