What is after the "add"?

The missing text is:
<blockquote> <p> <h2> <h3> <img>
they should be added to the tags there already.

The tags got stripped by the input filter, whoops, how ironic that it is in the section regarding configuring the input filter.

I have fixed the documentation and do plan on completing it sometime soon, I will try and get a drupal page set up for a more permanent home.
