I need this module for a project I'm starting with D7 so I thought I'd help with the porting, here is the start.

The only thing is not working because of a problem with the Webform module is the date.

No, not really, I've been really busy. The patch works (or at least it did) with the only exception of the date expiration.

Closing this issue, the module is rewritten for D7.
But since the limit submissions part is in webform core now, this is skipped for Drupal 7 and it now only contains the date option.
