Hi, ive installed the web links module which is fine however there doesnt seem to be a way of adding links to it though? I checked permissions and categories but when i go to the page there is no way of adding a link?

As I understand it, the link is a content type, so you add it under admin panel-content-web link.

look under create content. I use it.

There is now an Add link at the top of the links page now.
