It would be great to have an RSS feed of the stickynotes on nodes and on the master list. This is a great way for someone who is managing a lot of sites to keep track of notes across all of them. Almost creating a rudimentary ticketing system.

With the Entity module and Views 3 enabled you should be able to create a functionality like that, AFAIK.

This functionality can be implemented with contrib modules and will be available in Drupal 8 core.
