Undefined index on 'tid' when Forum module is enabled [#1311094]

Hi, I enabled the Forum to start and test. If you try and add a new forum you get:

Notice: Undefined index: tid in domain_taxonomy_form_alter() (line 100 of
U:\xampp\htdocs\sites\all\modules\domain_taxonomy\domain_taxonomy.module).

Seems to create the forum okay, just get the above error.

Tested on fresh Drupal 7.8.

I plan on using Forum module in my websites. I'll be putting a fix for this on both 7.x-1.x and 7.x-3.x branch.

Fixed in both the 7.x branches and pushed to Git - snapshots should be available in next 12 hours.

Please set back to 'needs work' if issue persists.
