I would like to see an option to automatically create a link out of every term that has already been defined by a free link. This option is available in the "glossary" module. It allows for every term which has been defined in the glossary to be highlighted across the entire site. Very useful!

This is out of scope for the freelinking module. Which is not to say that it's a bad idea. Freelinking is an input filter, which means it filters user input. It does not look at each piece of content as it's displayed.
