Mass selection

This module's project page lists mass deleting as a feature, but it does not appear to support mass selection (i.e., selecting/checking all of the terms, or a large range of them, in a single action). Consequently, the checkboxes of all of the terms must be selected, one after another. It would be great if the module would allow the user to select all of the terms by clicking on a button. For even more flexibility, a range of terms could be selected by clicking the checkbox of the first or last term in the range, and then Shift+clicking the term at the other end of the range. This presumably could be done using jQuery Checkbox ShiftClick.
