I've got a view set up with a table of profile fields.
ie: Photo, First, Last, Position

I would like to add a column with the text "Contact" which takes the user directly to the contact form for the selected user.
ie: Photo, First, Last, Position, Contact

I can't figure out how to create the link to the user's contact form, is this even possible?

Nevermind, I just figured it out... isn't that how it always goes? You work on something for days, and as soon as you ask for help, it just clicks!

Anyway, here's how to do it in case anyone else wants to know.

1. Add field: Profile: User uid
2. Rewrite the output of the field

  • Text: Contact

3. Output this field as a link

  • Link Path: user/[user]/contact

4. Apply
