you can configure each email in the Storm Contrib admin settings
see /admin/settings/storm/contrib
there is a fieldset "Stormticket Assignment Mail/RSS Settings"
inside this fieldset there is another fieldset "Task/Ticket modification mail"

You can change the text and the tokens
