When the field

uieforum -> Configure -> Forum Access Path

is changed from the default 'uieforum', the tabs:

* add forum
* add security groups
* security groups
* reset counters

All fall back to the 'list forums' action.

The attached (very simple) patch seems to fix this behavior.
