I cannot replicate this error in a consistent way, however it does appear infrequently enough to prompt me posting this issue. Specifically, the error message is "Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in profiles/drupal_commons/modules/contrib/activity_log/activity_log.theme.inc on line 200". See the attached image.

I do have the same thing, since 2 days. Not really reproducible, but it occurs sometimes by different users.

Can you share your Commons version and a screenshot of the activity displaying in the stream when the error appears?

It's Commons 2.3.
May be it is in context with a Blog-entry a user could not delete ?
Since I as an admin deleted this entry the "line 200 " message has not popped up so far.
But there are 2 "empty" lines within the stream. see attached image.
