Hyperlinks in replaced strings?

Is it possible to replace a string with a sentence that includes a hyperlink?

For example, on my site at http://www.elementsforlife.co.uk/contact I'd like to replace the current privacy statement with another including a hyperlink to my sites privacy policy as well
