1 dropcebola grande, picada

1 louro folha
massa de pimentão chavena
1 salsa ramo
1 vinho branco chavena
Instructions
o dobro do volume do arroz em água quente, isto é, por cada medida de arroz duas de água quente.
Para decorar: gomos de limão e azeitonas.

Only seem to happen when importing (recipeML in this case).
If I edit and paste the extended directly into the title field, it shows fine.

The xml has all extended characters in code (chouriço).
After import the recipe looks fine, except the title which has the codes in it.
When I edit the recipe, the original codes are present throughout the ingredients and instruction.

So it seems that there is not a consistent way extended characters are displayed.

I'm unable to reproduce this issue. I've tested importing encoded characters on both the 1.x and 2.x branches. All characters are decoded on import now. I don't know if this was patched in Recipe at some point (I doubt it since I don't see any calls to decode_entities()) or patched in core. Either way, it seems to be fixed.
