This module is a companion for Taxonomy menu. They are not in the same package , due to a typo in the .info file.
It only requires changing the .info file:

+package        = Taxonomy menu
-package        = Taxonomy Menu

I suppose you're using 7.x-1.x-dev or just did a git clone, because there was no release of Taxonomy Menu 7.x with this package name. Also, this was changed by a very strange commit:

Message says "Added package = Taxonomy instead of package = Taxonomy Menu", but diff says "Taxonomy Menu" was replaced with "Taxonomy menu".

Let's wait for the next Taxonomy Menu 7.x stable release and change Taxonomy Menu Trails package name according to it. Thanks for notifying.
