My company is looking to launch a social network site. We prefer the web2.0 way of doing things (user content + OSS + scale-out). Drupal seems to be a good platform to start with.

Calling all professional developers that can offer their service to build the entire site. Graphic design is handled by us. We have a substantial budget just for the software.

Requirements:
- Rich media (picture, audio, video)
- Understands scalability issues
- Good track record
- No Freelancers. (sorry:)
