Issue Summary
Hello,
I'm curious-- just upgraded the module from 2.x-dev (a very old version someone else installed) to the latest version, 2.4. It appears that the "Minimum Weight" was removed as a possible qualification for a discount. My client has active discounts such as "5lb. or more of an item", etc. I will not be able to (easily) upgrade the module if this functionality is really missing. I looked at the source code for versions 2.0 - 2.4, and it looks like it's completely gone from all of them.
Does anyone have any pointers as to how I could get this to work?
