The collapse all feature is not working for my file tree. It simply stays expanded for all folders. Not even sure where to begin with why this isn't working.

having a similar problem: tree only lists first subdirectory. Seems to work on windows-server, not on unix-server. Still figuring it out..

Seems to work for me on a vanilla installation of Drupal. Check your Javascript console for any errors, and report back here if you find anything. Also, you may have a conflict with another module's javascript. Open this up if you have some steps to reproduce the bug.
