Issue Summary
So I've installed it, everything seems to be working fine. You can see screenshots of it here.
It's not showing any country information. It actually doesn't even show the ad if I don't put any validation in there.
Do I have to install information in to MYSQL or are the dat files enough?
Do I have to have the GEOIP API installed? It's not mentioned anywhere in the INSTALL.txt so I assume no.
I will do more testing and report back.

I really wanted to delete this, but wanted to leave it incase anyone needed the info. It seems to load if I just wait long enough on the node edit page.I spoke too soon... I was seeing the Regions listed, but not country. This is odd because I don't have the region .dat file installed.

Works as designed. I can't select the country still, bit filtering by city seems to work fine.
Any idea why the Country list is empty, but the state one is full?
