Integration with Input Filters Module

Hi all,

This patch integrates eminline with input_filters so that eminline configurations can easily be exported to features (or by ctools) and deployed to other sites.

Normally a patch wouldn't be needed but, as eminline saves some extra variables when the config form is submitted, input_filters needs to be made aware of this. I've added in a hook which does that.
