Line height, and column width problems exist in Commons Origins at /mycontent

The Title column on the Origins theme appears to have inconsistent line height. It appears to vary every other line, so it's likely one of those odd/even things...

Also, it can happen that the Preview column gets VERY wide, smashing the other columns to very narrow. We have fluid column widths, which is good in general, but can have negative side effects. Is there a way to protect against the exceptions that force really wide columns?
