I'm using Diff 6.x-2.3, when I delete an old revision of the node, the original and converted video files are also deleted. So far the "current revision" of the node is missing the files. The strange behaviour is that the bug is not replicated ANY time I delete a node revision. Also the video_thumbs folder is over-populating because no sub-folder of the deleted node are deleted as well. (sorry for my english)
Any help?

I tried what you describe with the current 6.x-4.x-dev version, and it does not seem to have this problem. Could you upgrade and test this for yourself?
