term not displayed where only one node is tagged with it?

Is it true, as seems to be happening on my site, that the tag cloud will leave out terms that have only been assigned to one item? Is there some way to adjust this?

The clouds are limited to 60 tags by default.

Oops, silly me. Apart from the default at settings/tagadelic is the # of tags in the admin/block/tags for n/configure.
