I am attempting to get notifications whenever a user creates a node of a certain content type so I can go in and review and then publish. I have tried the current releases of notification and the dev version 4.x and I am unable to get it to end the notifications. If I send the test message in messaging it goes through but when I try to send the test in Notifications for an event it doesn't send it?

Any ideas?
